Payroll

The Payroll group within Financial Management Services supports the entire payroll process at Indiana University. In conjunction with University Human Resource Services, this team support the Human Resource Management System (HRMS). As an IU employee, many self-service tools are available to you in the Employee Center in One.IU.

Payroll Resources:
Kuali Time for “Bi-Weekly or Non-Exempt” Employees
Kuali Time is an automated, 24/7, online system designed to collect time and attendance data from IU's hourly and biweekly staff. Timesheet hours are reviewed, approved, and electronically transmitted to the payroll system at the end of each biweekly pay period. To review FAQ and training resources for KUALI time, please visit the IU Financial Management Kuali Time page.

Timekeeping Resources:
Time Off & Leave of Absence
Support/Service Staff: Newly hired Support and Service staff employees earn 14 vacation days and 12 sick days each year. After six years of service, they earn 19 vacation days a year. For more information, visit the IU Paid Time Off Program for Support and Service Staff page.

Professional Staff: Paid Time Off (PTO) benefits provide time off for vacation, sick leave, funeral attendance, and other absences from work.
