Email Signature

  1. Fill out the form on the left. Enter your information as you would like it to appear on the signature.
  2. When finished, select your new signature (text above) by highlighting it while holding the left mouse button
  3. Copy the signature to your clipboard with Ctrl+C or by right clicking the highlighted content and selecting copy
  4. Open Microsoft Outlook and follow the instructions in the link for creating a new signature: How to add your new signature to Outlook
  5. Paste your clipboard contents into the new signature with Ctrl+V or by right clicking the area and selecting Paste
